Fab pads!
I’m quite heavy and in yoga and some toni g classes my poor hands and knees just hurt like hell, these pads really help stop that.
(Bit faffy pulling them in and out of position as needed, but definitely worth it!)
I wish my entire yoga mat was made of this stuff, to be honest!!
