Now that the world is grinding to halt, it can be a great time for personal reflection. This is to cultivate gratitude towards yourself.
The speed that life goes can seem so fast and constantly moving forward. How often have you taken time to reflect on how far you have come in the past year, in the past few months or few weeks?
A year is a long time and a lot can happen and be grateful for all of those times, good or bad. During this reflection think of:
