2. Get outdoors

Going outside isn’t always done at home. However, the reality is that being indoors for prolonged periods of time can be a little oppressive on your mentality. So get outdoors for some fresh air and vitamin D that supports your immune system function.

Along with online workouts, getting outdoors can be great exercise and contribute to your mood. The openness and movement you experience when outside can be a great relief from indoors.
